KEY LIFE STAGES
All of our clients are unique but there are common phases in their lives and careers. We have identified three chronological stages to an individual’s ‘financial life’ - wealth accumulation, wealth utilisation and wealth preservation.
Wealth accumulation
High earnings, high outgoings, desire to save for future, but have low levels of invested capital wealth.
Utilisation
Multiple invested assets, income security important, variable income needs and inflation sensitivity.
Wealth preservation
Surplus income and assets, inheritance tax a concern and the potential to provide or assist with long-term care needs.
A further stage, wealth protection, underpins the first two, assessing the risks to your wealth in the event of illness or death.
We offer our full advice and support to ensure the appropriate action is taken at every stage of your financial life to create, protect and maintain your wealth. Depending on the stage of your financial life this could involve creating strategies for funding future expenditure, raising income from your assets or ensuring that your family is provided for and mitigating inheritance tax.
